Ya thats the nokia E50, just bought it a month ago.
Pros: Slim, Better screen resolution , stereo sound , 1.3 Mpixel cam, ~70 MB internal memory,they dont give an external memory with the bundle but thats ok 70 Mb is quiet enough for me. External memory can be upto 2GB. Adobe Acrobat reader, office tools etc..
Cons: None , At a price tag of ~10K what else would one want.
Bye the way the E50 BLACK looks much better than that SILVER one.

:( there is no auto keypad lock in new Symbian phones. But if you google you will find key lock application. I just googled and found this link
