Symbian in India - the Emerging Market

Nice paper published on symbian.com, talks everything about the early days when mobile phones were introduced in India to the recent times. All you can do with it related to credit cards, movies etc.. to the rural penetration, fishing industry and all.

Well one nice thing is that it even features services offered by the company I am working in , OnMobile Global Ltd.

    What is your thought on Nokia bought Trolltech? Qt may be is now in competition with Symbian :P

    Afaik qt is not an OS but more as a framework something like that, may be nokia just uses the framework on Symbian and utilizes the QT UI in some way.
    I see no threat to Symbian ;)
